| Synergy
has developed a customized version of Helica
Dilemmas for Shell Gas and Power. Helica Dilemmas
is a fun and challenging approach which will
helps navigate ethical ‘grey areas’
and improve the way organisations put their
values into practice. We drew on our previous
experience of working with Shell to develop
a tool which was based on real case studies
from their projects. The workshops enabled
Shell staff to discuss and debate their approaches
and share their own experiences, as well as
being a useful jumping off point to find out
more about the tools and information available
from other Shell staff and through the Shell
intranet. |
