provided support to Rio Tinto's community
programme for the Sari Gunay Gold Project
in Iran. This support included preliminary
identification of community-related risks,
formalization of the Community Committee for
engaging neighboring communities, review and
production of a management summary of the
community studies conducted by local consultants,
input into the project risk assessment review,
and advice on settlement of compensation claims
and disputes. |
